God, lead me to the rock that is higher than I

From the end of the earth I call to You, when my heart is overwhelmed and weak;Lead me to the rock that is higher than I [a rock that is too high to reach without Your help] (Ps 61:2).  I greet you in the name of the Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. Let us take the above scripture for meditation today. Beloved, when David was going through a difficult time his heart was overwhelmed and weak he cried out to God from the end of the earth and asked to lead him to the rock that is higher than Him. He was well aware that only God could lead him to that rock that higher than him which cannot be reached by his own strength and self-effort. Hallelujah ! Look what a strong faith he had in God. In fact His faith in God was the reason for his success in his life. Hallelujah ! ‘From the end of the earth means away from the Holy place of God. The situation may have forced David to leave Jerusalem ( the Holy place of God) in order to save his life from his enemies. but no circumstances separated him from God. Hallelujah ! Like David, when our hearts are filled with pain and sorrow in our difficult time we too will cry out to God and ask him to deliver us from our situation and take us to a high rock (place) which we cannot reach by our own strength. The God, who saved David from his enemies and placed Him on a high rock, is faithful and he is able to change our circumstances and keep us  in that high  rock. Hallelujah ! May the Lord Jesus Christ bless you and your family.
